I have this one client who has a serious case of travel lust, and has been to close to 100 countries. I asked him what he missed the most during the pandemic, and he said, “the testicle massages in Bangkok.” That was kind of strange because I had taken a massage workshop a few years ago on this very subject, from a famous Thai healer, and he taught this system.
So I thought about it and designed something I call Testicular Energetics™ that would replicate some of the somatic sensations he enjoyed, and I hope that you will enjoy as well.
So what is this Testicular Energetics practice?
It’s is a 90 minute integrative healing session that merges Thai stretching massage with FBSM flourishes, and starts with an optional testicle treatment just like you’d find in Bangkok. It’s based on the ancient Thai practice of Jabkasai? Jab is the Thai word for nerve and kasai is the word for blockage. Through the centuries, the men of Thailand have been going for a Jabkasai massage for ages to relieve issues like erectile dysfunction, premature ejaculation, infertility, low libido, prostate problems, overly frequent urination, and mild blockages in vas deferens. It’s even known to relieve lower back pain, stimulation of overall blood circulation and regulation of one’s hormonal system and metabolism.
Testicular Energetics is a variation of BioEnergetics – a practice that aims to take the rushed focus off of “finishing” during sexual encounters, and facilitate an experience that allows people to feel the gentle, and sometimes electric, waves of pleasure that comes with slowing down, and taking the emphasis off of penetration.
The treatment is done while massaging and applying acupressure directly on and around the testicles (the penis itself is not directly involved), the inner thighs and the groin. Jabkasai is not explicitly an erotic massage, but it often causes sexual arousal, including possibly an orgasm and ejaculation, which is accepted as a normal part of the treatment experience. But again, this isn’t the goal, it’s simply something that might happen. Although technically only a testicle massage, the treatment can also be offered in combination with a prostate massage.
